My Story

Hi, I’m Jenny! 👋🏼

 

I’m an accredited dietitian and personal trainer with over 7 years of experience in clinical nutrition and weight loss coaching. I’ve worked with hundreds of people to help them achieve their health, fitness, and weight loss goals—and I absolutely LOVE what I do!

 

My Journey

I started my career as a dietitian in one of Ireland’s biggest hospitals, where I saw firsthand how nutrition plays a crucial role in long-term health. While I loved working in a clinical setting, I often wished I could reach people BEFORE they became unwell—to help them prevent chronic conditions rather than just manage them.

 

That desire led me to take on a new challenge—working as Head Coach at one of Australia’s largest weight loss companies. During my time there I coached amazing clients, as well as leading a team of 20+ incredible dietitians, nutritionists, and personal trainers. Over my years there, I helped 100s of people transform their lives.  I had found my true passion: helping people build a healthier, happier, and more balanced life.

 

I also became a certified personal trainer to be able offer even more support to my clients —allowing me to combine both nutrition and fitness coaching for a truly holistic approach. And then… Balanced by Jenny was born!

For me, this isn’t just a job—it’s my passion. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to struggle with food, exercise, and body image. I’ve been there myself. That’s why I’m so committed to helping others find balance—a way of living that feels enjoyable, sustainable, and empowering.
